Valerie Westin

Valerie Westin is the Photo and Multimedia editor of the Wheeling Spokesman. She is a senior and this will be her second year on staff. Valerie is also the Historian for Student Council, a freshman mentor, a peer tutor and a viola player in the Chamber Orchestra. She loves animals and her house has been the home to dozens of animals during her lifetime. She originally joined Spokesman because of her friends and her father’s past journalism experience. Despite being skeptical at the start, she is glad she chose to join the Spokesman family.
